Voter Registration Forms Due TODAY!
It's time to register voters!
The deadline to register to vote in Pennsylvania is TODAY at MIDNIGHT, MONDAY, OCTOBER 5th!
NEED FORMS?
Registration forms are available at 1515 Fairmount Avenue, the Board of Elections at 520 N. Delaware Ave., 5th Floor, and libraries throughout the City.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE FORMS WHEN I’M DONE?
You can drop forms off at 1515 Fairmount anytime before 4 pm on Monday, October 5th.
After 4 pm on October 5th, take the forms to the Board of Elections at 520 N. Delaware Ave., 5th Floor by MIDNIGHT and give copies to Jennine Miller at Vote For Homes! so we can help mobilize voters and make sure that they make it on the voter registration rolls.
HOW DO I FILL OUT THE FORM? WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
- Make sure to include the voter’s Pennsylvania Driver’s License/ Non-Driver’s License ID # or the last four digits of their Social Security #.
- Persons with felony convictions ARE allowed to vote after their release. (People in jail awaiting trial and those serving time for misdemeanors can also register to vote.)
- If you do not have a permanent address, use the address of a shelter/program that will accept non-forwardable first class mail.
WHO ARE WE VOTING FOR?
- State Judges and Appellate Justices, City District Attorney, City Controller, Judges and Inspector of Elections, and Trial Judges (including Common Pleas, Municipal, and Traffic Court Judges).
